3 Healthy KID APPROVED Budget-Friendly DINNERS

3 Healthy KID APPROVED Budget-Friendly DINNERS

In this episode of Abbey’s Kitchen, Abbey has partnered with Walmart and INTERAC to help you stay on track with your New Year’s resolutions. Many people find that the holidays tend to be an over indulgent time of year. When we get to January and February we tend to feel a little bit financially and nutritionally drained. We most likely all over spent and over ate just a little bit. Since we are a few months away from Abbey having her baby, Abbey decided to share some of her favourite kid-approved dinner ideas to help you into the new year. These meals will help the busiest of families get back on track and into routine so that you’ll be able to share home cooked meals together more often. Abbey is always looking to get the most bang for her buck, so Abbey picked up all of these ingredients at Walmart because they have an amazing variety of healthy and organic ingredients, plus the savings are great. Abbey paid for these ingredients with INTERAC Debit, because it’s an easy way to stay on track financially because you’re only spending what is in your account.

Let’s get cooking!
