Hey there! Today I am sharing 4 INCREDIBLY EASY AND HEALTHY MEALS. Each of these meals take hardly any time to prep- 10 minutes to be exact, and leave you with super delicious healthy meals. They are perfect meals to make on one day to make your week easier!
Each of these meals is GLUTEN FREE! And each of these meals can be made vegetarian by using alternative meat (like in my Soy-Chorizo Egg Muffins).
The meals are also WHOLE30 Compliant, Keto, and Paleo. (Except for the White Bean Chicken Chili, which is just plain HEALTHY and DELICIOUS)
To add more healthy fats to your meals Add Avocado!

🔻The Chia Pudding last in the fridge for up to 5 days! And you can make as much as you like, just remember the ratio of 1/4 chia seeds to 1 1/2 cup Almond Milk. So if you want more just double the recipe. 🙂
🔻I usually eat 2 egg muffins in the morning and pair it with a half of avocado for a filling meal.
🔻The White Bean Chicken Chili makes 6-8 servings
🔻The Chicken Fajitas are perfect over a bed of mixed greens, or paired with cauliflower rice, black beans, or quinoa. This recipe makes 6 meals.
