7 EASY & HEALTHY CROCKPOT MEALS: 5 INGREDIENTS OR LESS RECIPES ON A BUDGET

I hope you enjoy more of my favorite crockpot meals! My family loves these meals and they are always my go to meals when we are busy. I throw these in at 6 in the morning and when I come home from work the meals are done! The dump and go method is the way to go!!

BEEF & BROCCOLI
1 pound of stew meat
1 packet of brown gravy mix (add water)
1 bag of frozen broccoli
cook meat and mixed gravy in crockpot on low for 8 hrs
after done, throw in broccoli, stir and cook on high for 1 hour
top over rice and done!

HAMBURGER SOUP
1 pound cooked ground beef/turkey
1 bag of frozen vegetables
1 small can of diced tomatoes
1 russet potato chopped
add your favorite hamburger seasoning
cook on low 8 hours all day
top with cheese and done!

CILANTRO LIME TACOS
1 pound chicken thighs/breasts
taco seasoning
half red onion chopped
2 lime juiced
cook on low 8 hours all day
shred and done! add on your favorite tortillas with pico and sour cream!

SAUSAGE & RICE
1 pound sausage chopped
1 small can of diced tomatoes
half small onion chopped
1 bell pepper chopped
can of whole peeled tomatoes sliced (optional)
add tomato paste if needed to thicken
cook on low 8 hours all day
top over rice and done!

WHITE CHICKEN CHILI
1 pound of chicken thighs
2 small cans of green chilis
3 can drained of white northern beans
2 boullion cubes or chicken broth
add your taste of cayenne or cumin for spice
add 3-4 cups of water
cook on low 8 hours all day and shred chicken with fork and knife
top with sour cream and done!

CHICKEN N’ DUMPLINGS
1 pounds of chicken thighs
2 tablespoons of minced garlic
pepper
2 bouillon cubes or chicken broth
2 cans of cream of chicken
3 cups of water
1 can of biscuits
half an onion chopped small
cook on low all day 8 hours
shred chicken and cuts biscuits into strips
place strips in crockpot on high for 1 hour, stir every 10 minutes
they will swell! its okay! just stir and break them up with a spoon
they wont stay in strips but will break apart into chunks

CHICKEN TERIYAKI STIR FRY
1 pound of chicken thighs
teriyaki sauce
stir fry frozen bag of veggies
pour sauce over chicken and cook on low 8 hours all day
shred chicken and turn on high
add in stir fry bag and stir
top with rice or eat alone when veggies are cooked
