2 huge beets (but I like to add in equal amounts of carrots and beets)
Juice of 1 lemon
Quarter to half of one jalapeño
Optional: 2 stalks of celery
Small handful of cilantro
Optional: small thumb of ginger
Optional: half of one cucumber
1 tsp. of cayenne pepper
