Bak Kut Teh Chinese Pork Ribs Soup recipe electric pressure cooker Breville slow fast cooker

This video will show you on how to easily make a quick warm hearty meal after a long day at work in an electric pressure cooker. It is very simple, fast and does not require lots of washing up after your meal. While the food is cooking, you also have time to bath the kids and tidy up your kitchen.

I am using a pre-mixed pack of ingredient for the Bak Kut Teh base (Brand of your choice from your asian grocery store) which still gives you the full flavour and very tender and juicy american style pork ribs in a very rich soup base. It only takes 45 minutes to make.

In this video, I am using the electric Breville slow fast cooker any pressure cooker will do the trick.
