Madras Chicken given the Balti flavour
I use Pataks Brand of paste for this version, which is a standard spice mix paste
that’s been used in thousands of British Indian Restaurants for 30years at least.
If you read different, it is misinformation and totally incorrect.
Give this one a try if you like a good Hot Madras with a touch
and twist of Balti.
