The Ingredients for my Banana Blossom Adobo recipe are:
560g Banana Blossom
1 thumb sized ginger cut in julienne
2 Tomatoes Chopped
4 Cloves Garlic
4 tbsp dark soy sauce
4 tbsp cooking oil
1 tbsp malt vinegar or rice vinegar
1 large Onion
2 red Chilli Peppers
Pinch Ground black pepper
