Ingredients:
· One big bunch of Coriander leaves washed and finely chopped ( should be one cup of bowl when chopped)
· ½ bunch Fenugreek or Methi leaves washed and finely chopped( should be half a cup or bowl when chopped)
· 1 medium sized onion finely chopped
· 8 to 10 cloves of garlic finely chopped
· 1 inch piece ginger finely chopped
· 2 green chillies finely chopped
· 2 small tomatoes grated
· 4 to 6 tbsps oil
· 1 marble sized ball of tamarind soaked in a little water
· ¼ tsp turmeric powder
· ½ tsp coriander powder
· 3 loaves of Mumbai Pav bread or 6 to 8 slices of unsweetened white bread
· Salt to taste
