Corn cheese pulao
Ingredients
2 tbsp ghee
2 cloves
1 cinnamon
1 bay leaf
1 dry red chilli
1 star anise
1 tsp jeera
1 cup onion
1 cup capsicum
½ cup boiled carrots
1 cup corn
½ tomato puree
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp garam masala
½ cup coriander leaves
3 tbsp fresh cream
1 bowl boiled rice
4-5 cube cheese
Served with raita and salad
Method
In a pan heat some ghee add cloves, cinnamon, bay leaf, dry red chilli, star anise and jeera and sauté it.
Now add onion, capsicum, boiled carrots, and corn in pan sauté it for 2 min. Add salt as per taste.
Then add tomato puree in a pan. Now add all masala and coriander leaves in vegetable mixture.
Add some cream in a mixture. Add boiled rice in a pan and mix well.
Now grease the baking dish, make first layer of rice and sprinkle cheese on it. Now spread the second layer of rice and sprinkle the cheese on it. Cover it with aluminium foil and keep it in a pre heated oven at 180 degree Celsius for 10 minutes until cheese melt.
