Cozy One-Pot Meals *EASY* RECIPES FOR CHRISTMAS + THANKSGIVING HOLIDAYS | Instant Pot, Slow Cooker

🥦SLOW-COOKER SWEDISH MEATBALLS RECIPE:
Into a slow cooker set to low add:
2 10oz cans cream of mushroom soup
16 oz sour cream
24 oz beef broth (vegetable broth works too!)
2tsp celery salt
2tsp smoked paprika
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tbs fresh or dry parsley
Fresh black pepper to taste
Tbs Worcestershire
2lbs Turkey Meatballs (beef works too!)
Keep on low setting and cook from 2-4 hours

Serve with pasta, broccoli or side of your choice!

🎃INSTANT POT BUTTERNUT SQUASH SOUP RECIPE:
Add cooking oil to pressure cooker on sauté setting (or med-high).
Thoroughly rinse, roughly chop and add:
1 white onion
3 stalks of celery
Sprig of rosemary
1-2 sprigs of thyme
2-3 sage leaves
Add:
2 tbs Tomato Boullion
24 Oz Vegetable broth
Pepper to taste
32 oz butternut squash cubes
1/2 Granny Smith apple (more if you like your soup sweeter)
1tbs tomato paste (more to taste)

Set to high and pressure cook with valve closed for 6-8 minutes.
Release steam and puree either with handheld immersion blender or countertop blender.

We top our soup with extra virgin olive oil and serve with grilled cheese sandwiches!

🦃WHITE TURKEY CHILI RECIPE: (yes, I know I spelled it with two L’s in the video… sorry!)
In heavy-bottomed pot sauté on med-high 1 whole onion in cooking oil
Add:
2 cans of mild diced green chiles
2 lbs of ground turkey
3 cans (rinsed and drained) Great Northern Beans (white pinto beans)
3 cans (rinsed and drained) Cannellini Beans (white kidney beans)
1 cup of frozen chopped kale
2 tbs tomato boullion
Once turkey is fully cooked, turn to low and let simmer until dinner time!
Serve over rice or pasta and top with sour cream and chives!
