DIY Chow Mein Recipe | Indian Street Noodles | Chinese Noodles | Healthy Recipe | Diet Plan

Hello viewers !!!! ..

Starting off my cooking DIY series with a simple , delicious and easy recipe.

DIY Easy & Healthy Chow Mein/ Noodles Recipe

Ingredients
Sun luck Chow Mein
Soy Sauce
Ground Black / White Pepper
Veggies ( Spring / Onions / Cabbage / Carrots / Green Pepper) – Any veggies or meat of your choice !
White Vinegar
Salt
2 tablespoons of any edible cooking oil

Cooking Chow Mein
– Boil some water and add some salt to it. Add the chowmein to the boiling water and cook for 5-10 minutes .
Run the chowmein in cold water for 10-15 seconds to cease the cooking process and to avoid stickiness

Preparing the Sauce
– Add 1/4cup of Soy Sauce and 2 tea spoons of white / black pepper and mix well .If the sauce is too thick add
Veggie Broth / Chicken Bone / Beef broth to dilute the mixture.
– Prepare 1/2 cup of this mixture.

Preparing the Chow Mein
– Heat a saute pan with 2 tablespoons of oil , add one tablespoon of ginger / garlic paste . Stir this until it turns goldern brown
– Add the spring onions and satue the mixture for another 1-2 minutes.
– Add the veggies except the Green pepper. Cook for another 4-5 minutes.
– Add the cooked chowmein , soy sauce mixture and the green peppers at this point and mix well .
-Cook this in low hear for 5-6 mintues, add few drops of cinegar and mix well.
Your healthy and delicious chowmein/ noodles is ready to serve. !!!!! 😀 😀 😀
