Hi Friends,

We both love Chinese food especially Chinese noodles with hot and sour gravy. When we were dating, we both used to hang out at Bercos which is a Chinese restaurant in Delhi. We used to have Chinese food every week…Imagine.

But then since we tried this recipe at home, we rarely go out for Chinese food. This vegetarian dinner recipe is so tasty that if you try, you will never go to restaurants for Chinese noodles and sauce. You can trust me on this because we both are bog time Chinese food Lovers 🙂

In this recipe, I used Knorr soup pack but you can use any soup pack – Chings brand or Chilli Sauce, Manchurian Gravy, etc.

This is one of our favorite dinner recipes because it has a lot of vegetables in it, it is very colorful and very quick and easy Chinese recipe that we can make any day for dinner or for lunch too. Thankfully, now we get no maida noodles too with no preservatives in it. These noodles are our favorite now as it is made of multi millets and has no maida and preservatives. It is way better and healthier than what we eat in restaurants or on the streets.

Even if it is made of Knorr soup pack which is not a very healthy thing to eat but once in a while with a lot of vegetables in it is okay to eat for dinner or lunch at home. Instead of Chinese food outside, this option is much healthier. Isn’t it? 🙂
