Each month I will provide helpful keto meal prep tips and easy keto recipes that you can make up ahead of time or in the moment to help you stick to your goals.
This first episode, I share easy keto meals using ground beef. There are three keto recipes using ground beef that you can enjoy all day long or over multiple days. I show you how to make a keto taco salad, keto burger bowl, and keto mexi eggs. For the keto taco salad, I show you how I make my own taco seasoning for the taco meat. I also show you how to make an easy keto Thousand Island dressing for the Big Bac Burger Bowl.

KETO THOUSAND ISLAND DRESSING
½ cup mayonnaise (regular or avocado)
2 tablespoons sugar free or low sugar ketchup
1 tablespoon vinegar (white or apple cider)
1 teaspoon Swerve or sweetener of choice
1 tablespoon minced up dill pickle
1 teaspoon white onion, finely
Pinch of salt & dash of pepper
Mix everything together. Can be made ahead of time and stored in refrigerator for up to a week.
KETO TACO SEASONING
1 Tablespoon chili powder
1 ½ teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon paprika
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
¼ teaspoon oregano
