For Salsa:
• 4 Tomatoes
• 1 Onion
• ½ Capsicum
• 4 Garlic Cloves
• 4 Kashmiri Red Chilli Paste
• 1 tsp Vinegar
• 1 tsp Oregano
• 1 tsp Jalapeno
• 1 tsp Taco Seasoning
• Few Springs Of Coriander

For Mango Salsa:
• 1 Mango
• 1 Green Chilli
• 1 Tomato
• 1 Onion
• 1 tbsp Lemon juice
• Golden Harvest Salt To Taste
• Fresh Coriander Leaves

For Guacamole:
• 1 Avocado
• 1 Tomato
• ½ Onion
• 1 tbsp Green Chilli
• 3 tbsp Lemon juice
• Golden Harvest Salt To Taste
• Golden Harvest Pepper To Taste
• Fresh Coriander Leaves

For Sour Cream:
• 100 gm Fresh Cream
• 1 cup Hung Curd
• 1 tbsp Minced Garlic
• 2 tbsp Lemon juice
• Golden Harvest Salt To Taste
• 2 tbsp Chives


Roasted Tomato Salsa
1. Take few roasted tomato slices and put it in the blender.
2. Then add roasted onion along with roasted capsicum slices as well.
3. Put jalapeno and some garlic cloves.
4. Pour in vinegar and taco seasoning.
5. Add kashmiri chilli paste and blend all ingredients together.
6. Take the mixture out in a bowl and put some salt to taste along with oregano.
7. Sprinkle some fresh coriander leaves. Mix it together.
8. Ready to Serve.

Mango Salsa
1. Take a small bowl and add mango paste/puree in it.
2. Add some chopped green chilli.
3. Even add chopped tomato and onion.
4. Pour some lemon juice and fresh coriander leaves.
5. Put some salt according to taste and mix it together.

Sour Cream
1. Take a bowl and add a cup of sour cream to it.
2. Then put fresh cream and stir it together.
3. Pour the lemon juice and add some minced garlic.
4. Add some salt to taste and mix them.
5. Put finely chopped chives and the cream is ready.

1. Take a mortar pestle and add chopped onions to it.
2. Add the lemon juice and some salt to taste.
3. Put chopped green chillies and mash it nicely.
4. Remove all the ingredients and again use a mortar pestle.
5. Add avocado pieces and fresh coriander leaves in it.
6. Mash these as well.
7. Add the onions and avocado mixture together in a small bowl.
8. Top it up with chopped tomatoes. Mix and Ready to Eat.
