Easy way to follow Rujuta Diwekar weight loss recipes

In Today’s video I’m sharing with you two very healthy diet recipes. They are super easy to make, and are very healthy and yummy.
1. Avocado Spread/ Guacamole
1 grated Avocado
1 chopped onion
1 chopped tomato
1 chopped green chili
Salt as per taste
3 tsp Lemon juice to give tangy flavor
½ tsp chat masala to give Indian twist
Mix everything well in a bowl and your spread is ready. Serve it with toasted bread, sandwiches or even as a salad with chapattis.

2. Brown Rice
½ cup soaked brown rice
1 chopped onion
1 chopped tomato
½ cup defrosted peas and corn
1 chopped green chili
1 tsp desi ghee
1 tsp cumin seeds
Salt as per taste
Boil brown rice in about 8 cups of water. It takes about ½ hr for it to become tender. Once rice is cooked take it off the flame and strain it. In a pan add 1 tsp desi ghee, 1 tsp cumin seeds and green chili. Add all the veggies and cook little bit and add rice.
You can also add veggies as per your choice.
