Egg Fried Rice with Leftover Rice, Leftover Rice Recipes, Vegetable Fried Rice, Homemade Fried Rice #INGREDIENTS:
2 cup leftover cooked rice
1/4th cup chopped onion
¾ piece chopped green chili
1/4th cup chopped capsicum
1/4th cup chopped carrot
Some chopped coriander leaves
1/4th cup oil
1 tsp salt
2 tsp soya sauce
1 tsp lemon juice
½ tsp white pepper powder
Egg Fried Rice with Leftover Rice, Leftover Rice Recipes, Vegetable Fried Rice, Homemade Fried Rice #PROCEDURE:
Heat some oil in a pan. Add eggs. Scramble and fry eggs. Chop eggs and stir. After frying, transfer eggs in a bowl.
Add some more oil in that pan. Add chopped onion. Fry onion until transparent colour.
Then add chopped capsicum, chopped carrot, salt and soya sauce. Stir and sauté all for 5-7 minutes.
Then add cooked leftover rice, chopped green chili, white pepper and lemon juice one by one. Stir and mix all properly in medium flame. Saute all for 3-4 minute.
Then add chopped coriander leaves and mix all properly. Then put off the flame.
Serve and enjoy this leftover rice recipe anytime.
