Fall Traditions, Decor, & Recipes | White Hot Chocolate | Pumpkin Pie Spice

Today I’m sharing All Things Fall—a tribute to my favorite season! I’ve included Fall Traditions, Decor, and Recipes that evoke a warm, cozy feeling. Happy Fall!

Harvest Apple Butterscotch Oatmeal Cookies:

Pumpkin Pie Spice
3 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
2 tsp. ground ginger
2 tsp. nutmeg
1 ½ tsp. ground allspice
1 ½ tsp. ground cloves

Whisk together in a bowl until evenly incorporated. Store in an airtight container.

White Hot Chocolate
1 cup milk
1 cup half & half
½ cup white chocolate chips
¼ tsp. vanilla extract
pinch of salt

Whisk all ingredients together in a medium saucepan over medium low heat until the chocolate has melted and the milk has heated through.* Pour into 2 mugs and top with pumpkin spice whipped cream!
*Note: my chocolate chips clumped up initially but as I kept whisking they smoothed out!

Pumpkin Spice Whipped Cream
½ c. heavy whipping cream
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 Tbsp. powdered sugar

In a small mixing bowl, beat all of the ingredients together with an electric hand mixer (can also be whisked by hand—just takes a little time and muscle!).
