• 2 Slices of Bread (I’m using sourdough)
• 2 tbsp. Butter
• At least 2 Slices of Cheese (I’m a Fontina fanatic, so I’m going with that)
• 2 Strips of Crispy Bacon

I thought a cooking reality show would be my ticket to culinary fame, but the whole experience was a disappointment. Since then I have quit my job in a commercial kitchen and decided to start making my own cooking show, QUICK MEALS. This is episode 2, enjoy 🙂
Home is where the heart is, and good food brings family and friends together around the table That’s what I’m all about and that’s what I want QUICK MEALS to be all about.
Before you start to make your sandwich proper, you’ll want to go ahead and get your bacon ready. You want it to be nice and crispy for this recipe. So I like to cook it in the microwave. Now that you have your bacon ready you’ll want to go ahead and heat your non-stick frying pan over medium heat. While the pan heats up, go ahead and butter one side of your first piece of bread then place it butter side down in your pan. Put your cheese onto your bread. Once the cheese starts to melt, crumble your bacon onto the sandwich. Butter one side of your remaining slice of bread and then place it butter side up on the sandwich. Use a spatula to check to see what the underside of your sandwich looks like. When it’s a nice golden brown, it’s time for you to carefully flip your sandwich. So go ahead and do just that. Once the other side of your sandwich is fried to a golden brown your sandwich is done.
Cut your sandwich in half and share a slice with a family member or friend, they’ll love this recipe and you’ll feel great making them happy.
Congrats, your amazing grilled cheese sandwich is ready. Another quick meal sure to make your taste buds PAP!
