Healthy Pumpkin Spice Latte Recipe | GRATEFUL

Pumpkin Spice Syrup
¼ cup Pumpkin Puree
¼ cup Maple syrup
¼ cup Water
½ tbsp Vanilla powder or Pure Vanilla Extract
2 tsp Pumpkin Spice Powder

Latte (Make One 16oz. latte)
4 tbsp Pumpkin Spice Syrup
2 oz Espresso or ¼ cup Strong brewed coffee
1.5 cups Milk
Whipped Topping (Optional)
Garnish Pumpkin Spice Powder or Cinnamon Stick

To make the Syrup:
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl
2. Mix well to combine all ingredients

To make a Hot Latte:
1. Heat milk till it begins to simmer, do not let boil
2. Add pumpkin spice syrup to mug
3. Pour coffee over syrup and stir well
4. Optional: Froth milk in a French press,
gently plunge up and down at the surface of the milk
5. Add milk to the coffee and syrup to fill, stir to combine
6. Top with whipped topping (optional)
7. Garnish with a sprinkle of Pumpkin Spice Powder or a Cinnamon Stick

To make an Iced Latte:
1. Add pumpkin spice syrup to mug
2. Pour cold coffee over syrup and stir well
3. Add ice to fill cup
4. Add milk to the coffee and syrup to fill, stir to combine
5. Top with whipped topping (optional)
6. Garnish with a sprinkle of Pumpkin Spice Powder or a Cinnamon Stick
