Who doesnt like spring rolls? Chef Jun shows us how to make these super easy roll. English text is below to guide you.
500 gm–Bean sprout
200 gm– Cabbage
30 gm–Green onion
80 gm– Green beans
5 Cloves– Garlic
40 ml– Oyster sauce
1/2 tsp– ground black pepper
1/2 tsp– Salt
1 tbsp– Sugar
1 Packet– Spring roll wrapper
Heat the oil add the garlic and onion and saute until the onion is fragrant.then add the carrots and green beans and keep stirring for 2 minutes. Add the rest of the vegetables the beansprout cabbage and green onion oyster sauce soy sauce salt, ground black pepper sugar, and water cook it for 5 minutes.
Set it aside and let it cool down. prepare the spring roll wrapper and start filling by putting 2 spoons full of cooked mix vegetables and begin to fold and roll. Now start deep frying the vegetable rolls until it becomes golden brown and crispy.make your own version of dipping sauce. ENJOY
