Yellow Moong dal (मूंग दाल) – 1 cup
Purple Rice (बैंगनी चावल) – 1 cup
Tomato (टमाटर) – 1 (finely chopped 4 slices)
Green chili (हरी मिर्च) – 2 (finely chopped)
Wash Green Peas (हरे मटर के दाने) – 1/2 cup
Red chili powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) – 1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर) – 1/4 tsp
Ghee (घी ) -1 to 2 tbsp
Potato (आलू ) – 1 (chopped )
Cauliflower ( फूलगोभी ) – 1/2 cup (finely chopped)
Salt (नमक) – 1.5 tsp (as per taste)
mustard seeds (सरसों के बीज) – Less than 1/2 pinch
Asafoetida (हिंग) – Less than 1/2 pinch
Curry Leaves (करी पत्ता) – less than 1/2 pinch
Green coriander leaf (हरा धनिया ) – 2 to 3 tbsp(finely chopped)
Capsicum (शिमला मिर्च) – 1/4 cup (finely chopped)
Garam masala ( गरम मसाला ) – 1/4 tsp
