Instant Pot Risotto with Italian Sausage and Mushrooms – Quick 1 Pot Meal!

This is the Instant Pot that I’m using:

Risotto is so simple to make in the instant pot. In this Instant Pot Risotto with Italian Sausage and Mushrooms I use sweet Italian sausage and cremini mushrooms with some aromatics like white wine, onions, garlic and salty and delicious parmigiano reggiano cheese. I’m using home made turkey stock but you can use whatever stock you have on hand. You can switch up the ingredients to make your favorite flavor combinations. Just follow the ratio of 2 cups liquid to 1 cup arborio rice and you should be good!
