Makes one large glass:
– 2 oranges
– 5 carrots
– 1/2 a lemon
– a knob of ginger about an inch long
Start by slicing the oranges in half, then cut off their skin — both the orange and the inner white layers.
Then put everything through the juicer — you’ll get more goodness from everything if you juice all at the same time so juicy!
Sip, cleanse and enjoy!
The combination of lemon and ginger gives each sip an awesomely tangy kick, the carrot and orange doesn’t make this juice overly sweet. Don’t worry it’s still delicious though their sweetness does not totally get destroyed by the tanginess or the ginger. I hope you enjoy this juice,
