Chinese Dan Dan noodles are a street food in China. I have never eaten them but when I was browsing through the recipes I was highly intrigued. I had to make a keto version of the Chinese dan dan noodles. I have used Tofu Shirataki to make these and it is one of the best keto noodle that I have eaten. I have made a vegetarian version of the Dan Dan noodles for my vegetarian viewers, but you can make a meat version just as easily using mince meat. This recipe uses ingredients available in any active kitchen and still it is so unique. I hope you try it out and let me know your feedback. Good luck!
