2 pounds chopped ham

5 celery stocks chopped

One medium chopped onion

2 cups beef broth

TURKEY MEATLOAF in the Crock Pot

This recipe makes two Turkey Meatloaves

4 lbs lean ground turkey

6 eggs

2 cups dried oatmeal

1 tbs garlic powder

1 tbs Italian seasonings

1 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

1 onion, chopped

Mushrooms, shredded carrots, and any veggies you need to shove in there.

Mix all ingredients in mixing bowl.

Shape into two loaves. You can cook one now, freeze other for later.

To cook now place one in slow cooker sprayed with non-stick spray. Cover and cook on low 4 hours.

The freeze for later place in freezer bag with name and date. Place in freezer until you need the freezer meal. Set out the night before into the refrigerator. On cooking day place defrosted turkey meatloaf in slow cooker and follow cooking directions above. Serve with salad and buttered and green beans!

Crock Pot Ham and Cheese Macaroni Dinner

6 cups of uncooked macaroni

6 cups of shredded cheese

8 cups of milk

2 tablespoons of butter, Cut into several slices

Two large family size cans of cream of chicken soup

Mix all ingredients well in large bowl.

Spray slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.

Pour all mixed ingredients into a slow cooker.

Apply Crock Pot lid and cook on high for 2 to 3 hours. Check to make sure macaroni is soft and not overcooked. Remove lid to stir and move a spoon along the sides every once in a while. Once done unplug and add two more cups of shredded cheese to the top. Replace lid to melt cheese for a few minutes.
