Mumbai Indian street food style Pav Bhaji – a delicious Indian Vegetarian Recipe

Recipe is to serve approximately 4 people.
INGREDIENTS REQUIRED (you can adjust according to taste) :

2 medium peeled & boiled Potatoes (Bateta)

1 Carrot boiled (Gajar)

1/2 cup (100 gram) Green Peas (Vatana)

1/2 Red + 1/2 Green Pepper boiled & then roughly chopped
(Capsicum)

2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil (Tel) – add more if necessary

1 chopped medium Onion (Dungri)

2 medium Tomatoes (Tamata)

2 tablespoons of Tomato Puree (Cirio)

2 to 3 Cloves Garlic finely chopped (Lasan)

1 & 1/2 teaspoon finely chopped Ginger (Adrak)

6 to 8 teaspoons of Pav Bhaji Masala (Garam Masala) – we prefer Mangal or Badshah brands

Approx 1 teaspoon Salt (Namak) – to taste

1 Vegetable Stock cube (Flavour Maker)

6 Sesame Seed Burger Buns (Pav) – you may use any soft buns if you like.

TO GARNISH :

Handful Of Washed & Freshly Cut Green Corriander Leaves (Dhania)
Lemon – cut into wedges
1 Red Onion – finely chopped

NOTES : 1. Reserve the water you boiled the vegetables in & use this to make the vegetable stock cube.
2. Boil the Potatoes & Carrots first & then final 10 minute add the Capsicum & for final 5 minutes add the Green Peas.
