1) Oats (ओट्स ) – 1 bowl.
2) Water (जल) – 1/2 cup
3) Lemon Juice (नीम्बू का रस ) – 1/2 tablespoon
4) Chopped Onion (बारीक़ कटी हुई प्याज़ ) – 1
5) Cooking Oil (खाने वाला तेल ) – 2, 3 tablespoon
6) Red & Yellow Capsicum (शिमला मिर्च ) – ¼ cup
7) Salt (नमक ) – to taste
8) Green peas (हरा मटर ) – 1/4 bowl
9) Carrot (गाजर ) – ¼ cup
10) Chopped Green Capsicum(pepper) (शिमला मिर्च ) – ¼ cup
11) Turmeric powder (हल्दी ) – 1/2 tablespoon
12) Mustard Seeds (राई) – 1 tablespoon
13) Sugar (शक्कर) – 1 tablespoon
14) Curry leaves (कड़ी पत्ता ) – 10, 12
15) Green Chili (बारीक़ कटी हुई हरी मिर्च ) – 2,3
16) Chopped Cilantro (धनिया पत्ती ) – 1/2 cup
17) Peanuts (मूंगफली) – 1/4 cup

▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Method ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬

1) Sprinkle water on Oats and add turmeric powder, sugar, lemon juice and keep it aside.
2) Put olive(cooking) oil in the frying pan. Saute peanuts for 20-30 seconds and keep it aside
3) Now put mustard seeds, carrot and saute for a minute.
4) Add onion, green chili, and curry leaves and saute for some time.
5) Now add green peas, mixed green peppers(capsicums) and let it cook for 1-2 minutes.
6) Add previously cooked peanuts, salt, and soft oats and mix well. Cover and cook it for 2-3 minutes.
