Special Sadya Style Vada Koottu Curry :-

Ingredients:-
1. Orad dal – 1/4 – 1/2 cup
2. Water – 4 Tsp
3. Green chilli – 1 Tsp
4. Ginger – 1 Tsp
5. Salt – According to taste
6. Coconut oil – 1/2 cup (for frying)
7. Curry leaves
8. Potato – 2 medium
9. Onion – 2
10. Coconut oil – 1 Tbs
11. Turmeric powder – 1/4 Tsp
12. Pepper powder – 1/4 Tsp
13. Kashmiri chilli powder – 1 Tsp
14. Coriander powder – 1 Tsp
15. Coconut powder – 1 Tsp
16. Coconut milk (second extract) – 1 cup
17. Coconut milk (first extract) – 1 cup
18. Garam masala powder – 3/4 Tsp

Tempering:-
1. Coconut oil – 1 1/2 Tbs
2. Mustard seeds 1 Tsp
3. Dry red chillies – 4 nos (split)
4. Curry leaves

Special Sadya Style Rasam :-

Ingredients:-
1. Tamarind – 1 (gooseberry size)
2. Water – 2 cups
3. Tomato – 2 big (square pieces)
4. Tamarind water – 2 cups
5. Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
6. Kashmiri powder – 2 tsp
7. Coriander powder – 1 tsp
8. Pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
9. Jeera powder (Cumin seeds) – 1/2 tsp
10. Asafoetida powder – 1/4 tsp
11. Salt – According to taste
12. Tuvar dal stock – 2 cups
13. Garlic (Crushed) & Ginger (Crushed)
14. Coriander leaves

Tempering:-
1. Coconut oil – 1 1/2 Tbs
2. Mustard seeds 1 Tsp
3. Dry red chillies – 4 nos (split)
4. Curry leaves
