Oven-Roasted Fish, Crispy Oven Baked Steelhead Trout Fish Recipe
Oven-Roasted Salmon Fish –
1 lb. Steelhead Trout Fish –
1= Tsp Deggi Mirch –
¼= Tsp Salt to taste –
¼= Tsp Ground Ginger –
¼= Tsp Cumin Powder –
¼= Tsp Coriander Powder –
¼= Tsp Garam Masala –
1= Tsp Olive Oil –
Garnish with Sesame Seed – and Cilantro – and ENJOY!!!
Marinate the fish for 10 minutes, use cooking spray and place Fish pieces on Glass Baking Dish and place it in Pre-heated Oven in the middle rack for 10 minutes. Take it out and flip the pieces and cook it again for 5 more minutes or until it’s fully cooked.

Cooking Spray –
Preheat your Oven and cook – Bake @500°F / 260ºC for 10 minutes, then turn over the fish and cook an additional 5 more minutes or until it’s fully cooked. Turn off the oven and let it rest for a few more minutes before taking out of the OVEN and Enjoy with your family/friends.
