Paleo Thai Larb Recipe (Larb Moo) – Low carb, Protein-packed! // Every wonder how to make Thai Larb at home easily? You can use any ground meat of choice from pork, chicken, duck, beef, to even mushrooms! In today’s cooking demo, I share how to make Thai Larb paleo, Whole30, Keto, Low carb, and grain-free. Traditionally Thai larb comes with toasted sticky rice powder and here I share an easy alternative for those who are on a low carb lifestyle or can’t have grains.

Thai larb is savory, citrusy, a hint of spicy, and full of fresh herbs to keep it light and refreshing. The actual cook time is about 10 minutes so it’s very easy to make an authentic Thai larb at home easily! *NOTE – In the video I mentioned that sticky rice is not gluten-free. That information is incorrect. Sticky rice (also known as sweet rice or glutinous rice) is actually gluten-free despite the name and it’s sticky texture. Be that as it may, if you are okay with sticky rice, feel free to use it and you can follow the same cooking steps to toast and grind them to powder. Otherwise my recipe and instructions in the video are great for people who can’t have grains or are following a strict Paleo diet or is currently on Whole30. Cheers guys ! :))
