Ingredients
1 Tbs oil (Canola)
1/4 Chopped white or yellow onion
2 chopped garlic cloves
2 shredded chicken breast (or 2 cups of shredded chicken of choice)
1 Tbs salted butter
1/2 Tbs Natural chicken bouillon or adjust salt to taste start with 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1 Tbs lime or lemon juice + Lemon or lime zest (1 lemon or lime)
2 Chopped green onions

Boiled chicken breast for 10-13 minutes on medium heat with 1/2 tsp salt. Cook time will vary depending on size. Cook fully.
