Here is the required ingredients
Cooked & cooled quinoa – 1 cup
Cooked kidney beans – 1/2 cup
Boiled/cooked sweet corn – 1/2 cup
Chopped avocado – 1/2 cup
Chopped tomato – 1/3 cup
Chopped onions – 1/4 cup
Chopped coriander leaves/Cilantro – 2 tbsp
Finely chopped jalapenos – 1 tsp

For dressing

Olive oil – 1 tsp
Half lime juice
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder – 1 tsp
Cumin powder – 1/4 tsp
Dried oregano/Vamu leaves – 1 tsp
