Slow Cooker Beer Brisket – Easy Brisket

Slow Cooker Beer Brisket – Easy Brisket

In this video, I show you how to trim the fat from a brisket and how to make a moist, tender, and tasty slow cooker brisket. Brisket is a cut of meat that comes from the front lower chest area of a cow. It is a favorite among people who enjoy using a smoker. I am sharing an alternative and convenient way to cook a brisket that my family loves and I hope yours will too.

This is my first video, ever, and I plan to post several more slow cooker recipes over the next few days.
