Slow-Cooker Garlic Chicken with Couscous  | Everyday Food with Sarah Carey

That feeling of tossing a few ingredients in the slow cooker only to return to succulent meat in a delicious sauce really never gets old. So of course I’m using the slow-cooker strategy during chicken week!

Sarah’s Tip of the Day:
Just like the technique, the ingredients in this recipe are super simple: a whole chicken cut into pieces, some olive oil, an onion, garlic, dried thyme, white wine, flour, couscous, and fresh parsley. Today I’m making this dish in the slow cooker, but you can also make it in the oven—it’s totally up to you!
