Slow Cooker Meals: Healthy Weight Watchers Crockpot Chicken Recipe

Today I am giving you one of my favorite slow cooker meals. It is a healthy crockpot chicken recipe that I adapted from an amazing Colombian soup recipe called Ajiaco. It is super easy. You can adapt the quantities and they don’t have to be exact. Just chicken, potatoes, corn, chicken broth and seasoning and you have a super healthy, super filling HEALTHY crock pot chicken recipe for your whole family. The recipe in this video will make about 16 servings (I am not even joking). If you are a Weight Watcher, the soup itself if 2 smart points (for a GIANT bowl) the garnishes are all zero except for 3 points for 1/2 c of rice and 3 points for avocado. That makes the pic you see in the thumbnail a total of 8 smart points!
