Stuffed Stuffing Waffle
INGREDIENTS:
Leftover pumpkin pie
Leftover mashed potatoes
Leftover stuffing
Cranberry Jelly
3 eggs
3 tbsp butter
¼ cup maple syrup
Left over pumpkin pie

Mix your stuffing and eggs together until well combined.
Grease your waffle maker and add a thin layer of your stuffing.
Spread some mashed potatoes over the stuffing on the waffle maker.
Slice your cranberry into thin strips and layer on over the mashed potatoes.
Top it off with some more stuffing.
Close your waffle maker until waffle is crispy and golden, making sure to flip over as it is cooking.
In a sauce pan, melt your butter.
Add in your maple syrup and about ¼ cup of your pumpkin pie filling. Whisk and allow it to reduce.
Drizzle your sauce over your stuffed stuffing waffle and enjoy this glorious creation! It’s amazing!

Turkey Sliders
INGREDIENTS:
Leftover turkey
Leftover pumpkin pie
Leftover gravy
Leftover green beans
Leftover cranberry jelly
Leftover turkey
Leftover mashed potatoes
Mashed potato slider buns ( Eat Now, Cry Later recipe )
Vinegar
Sambal
Crispy onions

“BBQ Sauce Gravy”- In a pan add in ½ cup gravy, ¼ cup pumpkin pie filling, a splash on vinegar and 1 tablespoon sambal. Allow ti to cook down, stirring constantly.
Shred your turkey and add to your barbecue sauce gravy. Let it cook until tender.
In another pan, add some oil and toss in 1 cup green beans and 2 tablespoons of crispy onions. Allow them to cook down and then set aside.
Toast your mashed potato buns over a greased skillet.
Layer on 2-3 tablespoons of your turkey onto your bun and add the green beans and crispy onions. Place your top bun over it and enjoy!

Thanksgiving Pizza
INGREDIENTS:
Leftover mashed potatoes
Leftover creamed spinach
Leftover cranberry jelly
Leftover turkey
Beaten egg
¾ cup of flour
Cheddar cheese

Preheat your oven at 500 degrees Fahrenheit.
Knead together your mashed potatoes, egg, and flour and roll out.
Spread your creamed spinach over your dough.
Layer on your shredded leftover turkey and diced up cranberry jelly.
Top with cheddar cheese.
Place in the oven for about 15 minutes or until dough is cooked through.
Top with chives and dig in!

Pumpkin Crème Brulee w/ Apple Pie Ice Cream
INGREDIENTS:
Leftover pumpkin pie
Leftover apple pie
Vanilla ice cream
In a ramekin, shove some apple crumb topping to the bottom to form a crust.
In a bowl, mix some pumpkin pie filling with a scoop of ice cream and add to ramekin. Place in freezer.
In a separate bowl take some apple pie filling and ice cream and mix.
Place back into the ice cream container and place back in the freezer until it has a firm ice cream consistency.
Remove your crème brulee ice cream from the freezer and sprinkle some sugar over the top.
Torch until golden and crispy.
