This another unique food recipe by my village women. This time they made totally new style radish pakura/chop using eggs and mashala.
In Bangladesh most peoples don’t love radish cause radish has own smell and many peoples don’t love it.
And this recipe for you only. You will not understand what you eating. This is really very tasty & delicious radish recipe.
They first clean all the radish the make it small small pieces (About paste) then mixed up green chili & red chili powder and some onion & turmeric powder.
Then added pulses flour(Bashom) with it. and at last fry it by small small pakura size in hot water.
All the villagers and kids love it very much.
This unique food recipe and you have never seen before for sure.
We have used here 40 KG Radish to make pakura from beautiful radish farm. It was really naturally beautiful place where we collected the radish. and all the radish were very big in size. Most of them were more than 1 KG.
