Ingredients

Boiled vegetables (carrot,peas,corn,potato,cauliflower)
1 cup ginger garlic tomato onion paste
1 bowl boiled rice
All the dry spices as per taste (salt,red chilly, garam masala,coriander powder, dry fenugreek)
1/2 cup fresh cream
1 bay leaf, cinnamon stick, 2-3 cloves
2-3 black pepper, 2-3 green and black cardamom
Fresh coriander
1/2 bowl mixed nuts (cashew nuts, almonds, raisins and dry lotus seeds)
Chopped capsicum and paneer
Saffron milk
1/2 cup deep fried onion

Preparation

In a non stick pan, heat oil and add all the dry spices and tomato puree.
Mix it well.
Add fresh cream and all the boiled vegetables, capsicum and paneer.
Mix it well and add all the mix dry nuts.
Take a bowl, put a layer of boiled rice.
Put the second layer of all the vegetables which we prepared and cover it with third layer of rice.
On the top, sprinkle fresh coriander, nuts and deep fried onions.
Microwave it for 20-25 mins.
