Welcome to my latest video, where I share my weekly meal prep with full recipes. I show you how I bulk prepare meals for a week for a large family.

Cheese, Onion & Mushroom Quiche ingredients:
For the case:
– 1.5 cup Plain Flour
– 1/4 cup Sunflower Oil
– 1/2 cup Water
– 1/2 tspn Salt & Coarse Black Pepper
For the filling:
– 1.5 cup Grated Cheddar Cheese
– 100g Mushrooms
– 1 Small Onion
– 1/2 tspn Coarse Black Pepper
– 2 Eggs

Tandoori Chicken Legs marinade:
– 6 Chicken Legs (with skin)
– 1/4 cup Sunflower Oil
– 1/2 cup Yoghurt
– 1 tbspn Mint Sauce
– 2 tbspns Tandoori Masala & Paprika
– 1 tspn Salt, Red Chilli Flakes, Garam Masala
– Juice from 2 Lemons
(I usually put the chicken in the oven for 45 minutes, uncovered, at 200C Fan Assisted. Turning once after approx 35 minutes)

Lamb & Pepper Curry ingredients:
– Lamb mixed pieces ~600g
– 2 Onions
– 7 Garlic Cloves
– 1 tspn Ginger
– 1 Chilli
– 4 Tomatoes
– 1/4 cup Sunflower Oil
– 3 Mixed Bell Peppers
– 1/2 tbspn Salt
– 1 tspn Garam Masala, Turmeric Powder, Cumin Powder, Coriander Powder, Cumin Seeds
– 1/4 tspn Red Chilli Powder
– 400ml Water

Chicken Niblet & Aubergine Curry ingredients:
– Chicken Niblets ~1kg
– 2 Onions
– 7 Garlic Cloves
– 1 tspn Ginger
– 1 Chilli
– 4 Tomatoes
– 1/4 cup Sunflower Oil
– 1 Large Aubergine (Eggplant)
– 1/2 tbspn Salt
– 1 tspn Garam Masala, Turmeric Powder, Cumin Powder, Coriander Powder, Cumin Seeds
– 1/4 tspn Red Chilli Powder
– 400ml Water

Chicken, Broccoli & Mushroom Pasta Sauce ingredients:
– Chicken breast ~500g
– 500g Passata
– 1 Onion
– 4 Garlic Cloves
– 1 tspn Ginger
– 1 Chilli
– 300g Mushrooms
– 450g Broccoli Florets
– 1/4 cup Sweetcorn
– 1/2 tbspn Salt
– 1 tspn Red Chilli Flakes, Garam Masala, Coriander Powder
– 2 tbspns Sunflower Oil

Chicken Biryani ingredients:
– Whole Chicken ~ 1kg (no skin, cut into pieces)
– 650g Basmati Rice (soaked in cold water for at least 30 minutes)
– 1 cup Yoghurt
– 1/2 cup Sunflower Oil
– 2 Onions
– 7 Garlic Cloves
– 1 tbspn Ginger
– 2 Chillies
– 4 Tomatoes
– 600g Potatoes
– 1 tbspn Salt
– 1 tspn Garam Masala, Turmeric Powder, Cumin Powder, Coriander Powder, Cumin Seeds
– 1/4 tspn Red Chilli Powder
– 1 Cinnamon Stick
– 5 Whole Black Peppers, Cloves & Green Cardamom Pods
– 1 Star Anise
– 3 Bay Leaves
– 500ml Cold Water
– 500ml Boiled Water
