– 2 Almond Flour Tortillas

– 8oz Orange Juice

LUNCH: Quinoa Bowl | 428 cal
– 1 cup Quinoa with Chickpeas and Garlic
– 1 cup Mushrooms
– 87g Beefless Ground Update
– Sriracha Sauce

DINNER: Rice w Teriyaki Chicken
– 4oz Jasmine Rice
– 5oz Chicken Tenderloins
– 3oz Green Beans
