If you’re going to do one of these on the fire, you need to double your foil and grease the foil well and add additional butter. Especially if using potatoes. The risk for charring is HIGH do keep an eye on it!
Saltines as a base of a taco dip? It worked but honestly next time I’ll just do the rice and then the meat and toppings.
SMH. The chili. In college I made chili all the time and now blah blah blah years later I’ve suddenly screwed it up!??!
I made several modifications but the idea remains the same.
I’ll type in the recipe for the tomato basil chicken. I cannot find a link. It’s late and I need to hit the sack. **UPDATE** Soooo…apparently this recipe did not come from ToH. Not sure where I got this recipe. It will come to me.
The chicken sliders were a made- up recipe. Did I mention in the vid that they were sliders?
2# (about – it was 2 chicken breasts) chicken breast
2 tsp montreal steak seasoning
1 clove garlic
Large handful graham crackers. Let’s say it was 2 whole crackers (4 squares)
1-2 T olive oil
Pulse that chicken. Try not to gag. Remember the end result. Add in remaining ingredients and pulse away.
Make into patties. It’s sticky. Grill say 5 minutes each side.
Warm Red Potato and Olive Salad
8 small red potatoes
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1/4 cup olives
3ish T garlic vinaigrette (This brand is called Garlic Expressions)
Microwave red potatoes whole until fork tender, not too too soft. Cut into wedges. Toss with eggs, olives and dressing. S &P if needed.
