Pork Ramen Bowl馃憞
(Serves 4-5)
For The Pork:
– Pork Carnita Meat (1.5 lb)
– 1 Tbsp Each:
路 Minced garlic
路 Duck sauce
路 Sesame oil
路 Ground ginger
路 Gochujang (red pepper paste)
– 2 Tbsp soy sauce
– 2 Tbsp hoisin sauce
– 1 tsp each:
路 Cayenne
路 Onion powder
路 Garlic powder
路 Parsley
*Cook in oven @ 325 for 2 hours,
then lower to 250 for 2 hours.

In a large pot:
– 1/2 bag frozen broccoli
– 1 large carton chicken broth
– 1 cup water
– Salt & pepper to taste
– 1 Tbsp sesame oil
– 1 Tbsp rice vinegar
– 1 tsp each:
路 Garlic powder
路 Onion powder
路 Seasoned Salt
路 Ground ginger
– 2 Tbsp soy sauce
– 1 Tbsp hoisin sauce
– 3 packages ramen noodles without the seasonings

Our add-ins:
1 shredded carrot
2 hard-boiled eggs
1/2 cup shredded purple cabbage
1/4 cup thinly sliced radish

Smoked Chicken 馃憞
– olive oil
– dry rub

Smoke over indirect heat @ 250 degrees for 30-45 mins per lb of chicken, until internal temperature registers 165 degrees.

We used mesquite charcoal & apple wood chips.

Don’t forget the pan of water to keep it from getting dry! 馃槉
