Thank you so much for watching another What’s For Dinner! Today I am sharing three delicious recipes from HelloFresh including: Gouda Pork Burgers, Sesame Beef Tacos, Chicken Sausage and Spinach Ricotta Ravioli. My whole family genuinely loved each recipe we tried this week. I also really enjoyed the convenience of having my dinners delivered right to my door already measured and ready to go! SESAME BEEF TACOS⬇️
Scallions
2 Cucumber
6 Radishes
Cilantro
4 tablespoon White Wine Vinegar
8 tablespoon Sour Cream
2 teaspoon Korean Chili Flakes
8 ounces Shredded Red Cabbage
2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
2 tablespoons Sesame Oil
Flour Tortillas
16 ounce Ground Beef
2 teaspoon Vegetable Oil
4 teaspoon Sugar
Salt
Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Wash and dry all produce. Trim, then thinly slice scallions. Thinly slice cucumber and radishes. Pick cilantro leaves from stems.
2. Toss cucumber, radishes, white wine vinegar, 1 tsp sugar, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
3. In a small bowl, stir together sour cream and a few Korean chili flakes salt and pepper.
4. Heat a drizzle of oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add scallions and cabbage. Toss until softened.. Add beef, garlic powder, and 1 tsp sugar. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in sesame oil and a pinch of Korean chili flakes (to taste).
5. Wrap tortillas in a damp paper towel and microwave on high until warm, about 30 seconds.
6. Spread chili crema on each tortilla, then top with filling, a small amount of pickled veggies, cilantro, and any remaining Korean chili flakes.

CHICKEN SAUSAGE SPINACH RAVIOLI⬇️
(This recipe is for two – double, triple for more servings)
Scallions
1 Roma Tomato
1 Lemon
9 ounce Italian Chicken Sausage Mix
1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
9 ounce Spinach and Ricotta Ravioli
4 tbsp Chicken Stock Concentrate
4 tablespoon Sour Cream
2 teaspoon Vegetable Oil
1 tablespoon Butter
Salt
Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Wash and dry all produce. Trim and thinly slice scallions, separating whites from greens. Dice tomato. Quarter lemon.
2. Heat a large drizzle of oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add scallion whites, sausage, and Italian Seasoning. Cook, breaking up meat into pieces, until sausage is browned and cooked through and scallions are softened. Stir in tomato and cook until just softened. Turn off heat.
3. Once water is boiling, gently add ravioli to pot. Reserve ½ cup pasta cooking water (1 cup for 4 servings)
4. Stir stock concentrate, a squeeze of lemon juice, and a small splash of reserved pasta cooking water into pan with sausage mixture. scraping up any browned bits from bottom of pan. Stir in sour cream and 1 TBSP butter (2 TBSP for 4 servings). Season with salt and pepper.
5. Stir ravioli into pan with sauce. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice to taste.

GOUDA PORK BURGERS ⬇️
2 Yellow Onion
1 Lime
2 clove Garlic
4 Potato Buns
24 ounce Yukon Gold Potatoes
2 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
2 teaspoon Sriracha
20 ounce Ground Pork
4 slice Gouda Cheese
4 tablespoon Mayonnaise
4 tablespoon Sour Cream
4 teaspoon Olive Oil
3 tablespoon Butter
1.5 teaspoon Sugar
Salt
Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Wash and dry all produce. Cut potatoes into ½-inch-thick wedges. Halve, peel, and thinly slice onion. Mince a few slices until you have 2 TBSP (4 TBSP for 4 servings). Zest and quarter lime. Grate 1 clove garlic (2 cloves for 4). Halve buns.
2. Toss potatoes on a baking sheet with a large drizzle of olive oil, half the paprika, and a big pinch of salt and pepper. Roast until browned and tender, 20-25 minutes.
3. Melt 2 TBSP butter (3 TBSP for 4 servings) in a medium pan over medium heat. Add sliced onion, ¼ tsp sugar (½ tsp for 4), and salt. Cook, stirring, until browned and softened.. Stir in a squeeze of lime juice and sriracha to taste.
4. In a large bowl, combine pork, minced onion, half the grated garlic, ½ tsp sugar (1 tsp for 4 servings), remaining paprika, and salt. Form into two patties (four for 4), each slightly wider than a burger bun. Heat a large drizzle of olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add patties and cook until browned and cooked. Top each patty with gouda.
5. Toast buns until golden. combine mayonnaise, sour cream, a squeeze of lime juice, lime zest to taste, and a pinch of remaining grated garlic to taste. Season with salt and pepper.
6. Spread as much sauce as you like onto bottom buns, then fill with patties and sriracha onion.
